The City Scapes.

A vibrant series of watercolor works capturing the spirit of San Francisco through luminous color and fluid brushwork. Each piece preserves a distinct moment in time, weaving together the city’s public transit rhythms and the intimate character of its neighborhoods. The collection celebrates movement, place, and the everyday poetry found within the urban landscape.

The Monk series

The Monk series bridges the zen of large horned creatures with traditional Tang Dynasty garment, altered by a modern take. Inspired by Chinese Zodiac Animals, the large creatures take on a human form.

The Classroom

“The Classroom” playfully reimagines the traditional yearbook portrait through a stylized, abstract lens. Using oil paint and oil pastels, the work amplifies the glamour and constructed identity of the classic school photograph. Inspired by the visual language of Marshall Crossman, the piece balances bold texture, expressive mark-making, and heightened color to transform a familiar format into something theatrical and conceptually charged.

Taking Shape.

\

A multimedia exploration that captures the complexity of nature through bold, expressive color while distilling it into simplified, intentional forms. The work reflects our shared human impulse to seek structure within chaos—an ongoing pursuit of order, balance, and meaning in an ever-shifting world.

Heroes without Capes

This series is a tribute to the essential workers on the frontline of Covid-19. This is a glimpse of the people behind the masks, the service they provide to humanity and the lives they lead during these historic times.

Doodles

Much like the classroom, doodling as an adult is how this artist copes with the every day lesson. This cluster series covers topics such as fatherhood, travels, current events, the love of dogs and politics using copious artistic styles.
